Unreliable and frustrating app experience The app constantly freezes on the intro screen, even after multiple reinstalls. I've had to reinstall it five times just to get it to work on my Android, and even then, it frequently logs me out. Notifications don’t work when logged out, and sometimes I’ll get a notification for a message, but the chat won't load at all. This app is not reliable enough for professional use or consistent communication. Needs serious improvements.

I've been trying to use it for months. my whole team has struggled with it. It won't open and load. Messages from years ago keep reappearing as new notifications to check out. I can't get it to open now on the laptop or computer for weeks. today it won't open on the phone. I check for updates, and there's none. When you try to type a message, it deletes itself after a couple of sentences. My team and I have to type up a message in Word, then copy and paste it in here just so we don't lose it.

The app hitches when opened, and gets stuck on the splash screen. If I hit the app navigation button (android) the splash screen goes away and the app works. It also constantly asks me to log in by just pressing login without asking for credentials. What's the point of this? Chat logs are also either missing or nonexistent even after I clearly see notifications of the chat and the content of what was said. The meetings tab does not function at all.
