PBS Live is communication tool for internal communication between users. Users are able to communicate, to call another users or groups and to attend already scheduled meetings. Meetings can be recorded and those recorded meetings will be stored in Inbox section inside the app. Alongside meeting recordings, users are able to leave voicemail in case user or group is not responding after user called them. Users are also able to view their meetings and events inside calendar, schedule new meetings/events and manage existing ones.

Like others have mentioned, if this app does work well on Apple phones, I'm not seeing that on my Android. I've been trying to reach a support team through the app multiple times and as soon as you say "yes" for a support team request... Nothing happens. what's worse is the initial email you're supposed to use for app support given here is just sent back by postmaster, so it no longer exists.

Unreliable and frustrating app experience The app constantly freezes on the intro screen, even after multiple reinstalls. I've had to reinstall it five times just to get it to work on my Android, and even then, it frequently logs me out. Notifications don’t work when logged out, and sometimes I’ll get a notification for a message, but the chat won't load at all. This app is not reliable enough for professional use or consistent communication. Needs serious improvements.

I've been trying to use it for months. my whole team has struggled with it. It won't open and load. Messages from years ago keep reappearing as new notifications to check out. I can't get it to open now on the laptop or computer for weeks. today it won't open on the phone. I check for updates, and there's none. When you try to type a message, it deletes itself after a couple of sentences. My team and I have to type up a message in Word, then copy and paste it in here just so we don't lose it.
