tebIQ is a clinical documentation assistant built by a practicing emergency physician — on shift, between patients — for the clinicians who actually have to write the notes.

Most AI scribes transcribe what was said. tebIQ is designed around how a clinician thinks: it helps you turn dictation into structured, defensible notes, including the medical decision-making that a transcript alone never captures.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
On the free tier, your dictation is transcribed on your device. Your audio stays on your phone — it is not sent to our servers or any third party. Privacy Mode keeps everything on-device for clinicians who want maximum privacy.

YOU ARE ALWAYS THE CLINICIAN
tebIQ supports your documentation; it does not diagnose, treat, or make clinical decisions. You review, edit, and approve every note. tebIQ is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals.

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
tebIQ isn't a generic transcription product with a doctor on the advisory board. It was specced and built by a physician who still works clinical shifts and uses the app on those shifts. The roadmap is a working clinician's real pain list.

What’s new

• Ask tebIQ: ask general clinical questions from the home screen, or questions about the patient from inside a note.
• Edit the transcript as well as the note; a Finalize with AI button appears when you make edits.
• Transcript view: raw text, speaker labels, and edit-and-regenerate.
• Fix: default specialty changed on the web now updates on the phone.
