After updating, its latest version looks good but is very very bad. I want previous version. Usually when I want to make transactions, the app goes on loading and loading and error occurs and my money also cut from my jazz cash account and also does not transfer to any bank account. After sometime the money comes back but I am unable to transfer money. It lost a lot of my time. Lots of bugs in the latest version. Kindly solve it!

Very bad experience if someone transaction then this app not showing the transaction receipt on my side. Same the issue with when I send money to others the transaction receipt disappears for two three days. Yesterday I was trying to subscribe insane Vibe Package for a customer, due to this app issue the transaction was done 5 times and my 12600 gone in vain. Please resolve this issues. Otherwise people will choose to use Easypaisa as that platform providing best services with good updates.

If you have ever used Easy Paisa, You will come to know how third Class Jazz App is. Most of the time, fund transfers are mever shown instantly, at times, dunds are shown less at will, payment to bus tickets etc is a very cumbersome task and the notification panel is as useless as this App. For mind peace, don't use it. Rather, find other better options. And ever try to call them? It never works. As if this app is a scam.
