I am extremely frustrated with my JazzCash account. I have been trying for many days, but I keep getting the same “Something went wrong” error again and again. I am unable to log in at all. This issue has not been resolved despite multiple attempts, and it feels like no proper support is available. What kind of service is this? Customers are left stuck without any solution. I request you to please fix this issue urgently or guide me properly. This experience has been very disappointing.

I am facing an issue with my JazzCash account. Earlier, my account was opening, but I kept receiving a “Something went wrong” error repeatedly. It's a good app, it's convenient, I use it, I've used Easypaisa more than that, I won't criticize Jeez Cash, but often it has money mixed in it, it's deducted with the taxes or fees, Just last week I paid my house bill which was Rs 31 per month.
