Wearable Convenience:

Ratings and reviews

Good app, but it needs improvement. The most common issue is that when you use the fingerprint for a single transaction, it sometimes processes the transaction twice, resulting in a double transaction. The second most common issue is when a transaction gets stuck. Reversing the transaction can take several hours or, in some cases, even days.

Since this morning, I have been unable to log into my account. Whenever I try to sign in, the app continuously shows a loading screen and fails to proceed. Initially, I assumed it was a temporary bug, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the application. However, the issue persists. Now, when I enter my mobile number to register/log in again, it remains stuck on the loading screen before eventually displaying an error message.

My account got blocked due to wrong attempts as I forgot my password, there was no one to respond on helpline and there is hardly any franchise nearby to resolve this issue. There should be alternative methods to get back your account. The notification to approve payments also sometimes disappears and ends up in deduction but the online orders do not process. Please improve and make a better mechanism of the application.
