Jazzcash app was working fine until one day. When i tried to login, it said "an unexpected error occurred". I tried many times but failed to login. Removed and reinstalled the app many times but unable to login. Transfered the working app from another device but again, it failed to work in my device. Please help.

Very poor experience with JazzCash. The service stopped working without any notice. I made a transaction, the amount was deducted, but there was no notification, no record in sent transactions, and the receiver didn’t get the money. Even worse, there’s no clear way to contact support from the app. This raises serious trust concerns for a financial service. Rating: 2⭐
