I really like JazzCash and I believe it is a very useful, convenient, and reliable digital wallet. However, I would like to give feedback about one feature that I think needs improvement. Sometimes, when we are browsing Facebook, websites, advertisements, or other online services, we may accidentally tap on something and subscribe to a paid service. After subscribing once, the payment may automatically be deducted again when the subscription renews next month. The main problem is that the user

Extremely frustrating experience with JazzCash. Multiple times, I’ve transferred money, only to get “Your last payment is still in process,” while the other person is left waiting. Sometimes, when an error appears and I try again, the amount gets deducted twice, and the extra payment is refunded only after around 24 hours. By then, the person may have already needed the money. JazzCash seriously needs to improve its payment reliability and processing system.

I find the app very easy and convenient for transactions. However, my name is displayed incorrectly for transaction purposes. I have reported this issue multiple times but have not received any follow-up or resolution. The incorrect name causes confusion whenever I send or receive money, as I have to explain that the account belongs to me. Please look into this issue. Thank you
