I am facing an issue with my JazzCash account. Earlier, my account was opening, but I kept receiving a “Something went wrong” error repeatedly. Now, I am unable to log in at all, and the same error message is still appearing. I have tried multiple times, but the issue has not been resolved. Kindly look into this matter and help me fix the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. They never respond to customer complaints. Launched through the app or even which are sent to their email address. Whenever I attempt to login I get a system response. Login failed! Your request cannot be processed at this time. Plz try again I have sent them 3 emails since morning and they didn't bother to reply or to help. frustrating and terrible. I uninstalled the app thinking that the issue may get resolved after reinstallation but It started giving another error

I attempted to send money twice using JazzCash. Both times the app displayed “Transaction Failed”, but the amount was still deducted from my account. The receiver did not receive the payment. After about two hours, only one transaction was refunded while the second amount is still missing. This is a serious technical issue and very disappointing service. Please review my transaction history and refund the remaining amount immediately.
