Ratings and reviews

Often money is deducted from jazzcash app but does not reach the recipient, and the ATM card also repeats the same process after being scanned, after which they return the payment in 45 working days, which is a very long time and the biggest drawback. Which I find unusual behavior. Remember, all the ATM cards they have are of very low quality, the payment gets stuck.

This app isn't worth a single star in my opinion. Firstly, it charges 35 rupees every time I withdraw money from my card. Sometimes transactions get deducted but don't reach the recipient. Last night, I made a payment at Cheezious Restaurant, the amount was deducted from my card but didn't reflect on their machine. I even spoke to the manager, checked their computer history, and there's no record of it. I've complained twice already but haven't gotten a proper response.1st evr Worst experience

Worst app useless. Whenever do transactions it failed and when reload amount was already deducted and even they don't return it instantly you have to file a dispute and then ask you to wait for 3 days and then after 3 working days you will receive another 7 working days waiting mail they understand anyones situation that there might be an emergency they just deduct the amount and keep it stuck for so many days. Improve your app specially transactions portion by some good software engineers.
