It would be nice to be able to fast forward, rewind, slow mode, and also with the cloud, the storage runs put within a month with the highest plan. To continue to record, you have to manually delete 45 clips at a time. Very annoying, we have a theft problem and this interface makes it near impossible to catch someone. Just when you think you got them you realize you used the 100gb of data that was purchased. Hopefully I find another program that works better, unless wisenet corrects itself.

I really wish I had researched this product before purchasing it. The cameras are great IMO but monitoring things while you are away from home using the app is impossible. The app crashes constantly. When it does work, it displays old frames not real time. Trying to refresh the frames only cause it to crash. As I mentioned the camera quality is great but if you want to view what's going on in real time while you are away from home don't buy this system.

The app used to work until recently, with limited functionality. I suppose it was the update they released that caused the app to stop working....the cameras and dvr still work, but we can no longer view them from our phones which essentially make the system worthless. The app never allowed concurrent logins, which was inconvenient and it also didn't allow you to only view motion events, you had to know the time and go to that exact time. They are definitely better systems. Please fix the app!
