App isn't great and customer service is poor or non-responding. I tired to connect with an s3 via wifi with the app. It was difficult. They need a better wizard or flow for that. Once connected via the app over a week passed and no response since the tap here to forward the issue to customer service and we will ll get back to you in 1 business day option was selected. I tried calling the number a few times but nobody home. S3 was great when it worked.

Not able to work with my text size settings, so I am unable to read buttons to know what they say (am I agreeing or refusing - I have no clue and no way to find out). ETA after posting this review it suddenly accepted the SNcode I had previously manually added. The app looks like it might be pretty fun to have, other than the remaining issues I have left above. It gives remaining life for accessories etc, and so far I'm a "cleaning newbie" - with less than 60 minutes cleaning recorded this week

Someone mentioned that they can't see anything more than their calendar. I knew I had seen more information, but when just opening the app, it's not there. If you're vacuum is offline (so no green dot in the app), you'll only be able to see the calender and the usage information. When the vacuum is online (green dot), you can see battery and reset the cleaning information. You can also still see your logged cleanings. Does the app look super high tech? No. Does it show what it needs? Sure.
