Ratings and reviews

This app is unreliable and suffers multiple major design defects. Old appointments will remain listed as your next appointment, even after you scheduled a new appointment. It does not offer a link to add an appointment to your calendar, and the only reminder it sends out is 10 minutes prior to the appointment. It will send out multiple false notifications regarding you having important messages in the apps mailbox, with no new messages there... I can go on and on, but I won't.

Terrible customer service. Have been back and forth multiple times with teledoc claiming that my insurance is no longer working, but I've spoken to insurance. My insurance has contacted teledoc multiple times only to be disregarded. The app itself is also very glitchy. Both myself and my providers have issues with the app. You cannot message your providers even though they advertise such, scheduling is nonexistent, and you can't access your own records?? Teledoc, reach out to me!

App is riddled with bugs. Providers missed many appointments due to how messed up the app is. I'm noticing the provider space for therapy is dwindling. Worst app I have ever used. Not the providers or insurance fault but the app itself. Had "up coming" appointment that where over a month old, since these three appointments already happened in the past, the que was automatically cancelling my upcoming needed appointments.Been using this for a few months, seeking another app accepted by insurance.
