Cannot complete sign up due to network errors. Called to have someone on the phone complete. After 20 minutes on hold found out they also could not complete sign up due to a system update. I understand the need for updates, but why on earth would an after hours service update after hours? How do they not schedule the update when conventional avenues of medical care are open?
Very irritated. I updated the app, and now I keep getting a network error when trying to login. Please fix as I love this service.
Everytime I try to log in it says network error. How is anyone supposed to use this app?????

Video calling is non-functional, so don't even try. You MIGHT get a doctor that speaks English if you're lucky, I'm 50/50 so far. If your description of symptoms is too mild, you won't get a script. If your description is too severe, they'll tell you you have to go see a doctor. You have to hit that perfect sweet spot if you want a script from them.
Called two times in one weekend trying to avoid the high cost of taking my son to ANY office, and ended up having to take him anyway. Both doctors barely let me talk and explain what was going on, or the pattern of my son's symptoms over the past 5 years. They cut me off, didn't listen and refused to prescribe what I knew has worked for him in the past. Should have taken him to the real doctor and maybe he would have been better by now. Should have known, you get what you pay for.
