I have been using the app from 2023 especially when paying or buying data, and it's really convenient. But, since at the beginning of this year or last year ending, it says that it's still under maintenance and I cannot use it ever since. I have to connect through PC to do my payments which is not so much convenient compared to before. I hope the maintenance can be done sooner or later. And damn!!, price of monthly data recommended has gone up to 30 from 25$..

This is a great app. I found it very easy to navigate through the different features and access my account to top up. Also, really like having the option to chat to your customer care agents. Vinaka Telecom!

New recharge feature does not work. BSP Easy Card requires CVV number which is on a Credit Card. Advised telecom n they said do not enter CVV and expiry date, however it cannot progress without it. They should test their recharge function properly before releasing it to the public.

Dear Customer, please ignore the CVV field and fill in the Card Number, Name, and Expiry. If your card does not have an expiry, this means your card is an old variant card and cannot be used for local purchases.
