I have been using the app from 2023 especially when paying or buying data, and it's really convenient. But, since at the beginning of this year or last year ending, it says that it's still under maintenance and I cannot use it ever since. I have to connect through PC to do my payments which is not so much convenient compared to before. I hope the maintenance can be done sooner or later. And damn!!, price of monthly data recommended has gone up to 30 from 25$..

Really disappointed with this app compared to the old one. Further when calling the help line spent hours waiting for the instruction to wait ...remaining in the que, jsut want to top up, an easy service!! But really hard to get it!!

This is a great app. I found it very easy to navigate through the different features and access my account to top up. Also, really like having the option to chat to your customer care agents. Vinaka Telecom!
