My initial impression of this app was bad. I put in 2 months of my phone going slow and freezing, and I didn't get the payments. I complained, as I'm sure many did. They made MANY changes AND covered the back payments!! Now there is no phone function problem. There is a super easy and quick self-cash out option. I am grateful that I'm getting paid for allowing access to my phone use, and I hope it is meaningful.

Never had a problem in the 18 months I've had this app. Then $10 got lost in transit. As soon as I emailed Telephia with the problem they immediately contacted PayPal and got it resolved and the money was put back into my account. It was my fault, I accidentally used my old PayPal account #. I am SO impressed with the way that it was handled. 5+ stars definitely !

It was a great app, but in the past few months, I've had issues with payments not being processed. Whereas prior to that, they were credited to my PayPal account within days. Customer service was rude and accusing (I've never violated any rules of participation) towards me when I emailed them about it. The issue was resolved for a little while, but with my latest redemption, first it was first unable to process, now it's pending since April 27th. I think they simply don't want to pay out.
