This will notify the M-Guard Security Control Room and security personnel, ensuring help is on the way. For optimal performance, please ensure your device's location services are enabled, as M-App uses GPS to help responders quickly reach your location in an emergency.

📢 Stay Informed with Bulk Communication: Receive important notifications and alerts directly to your phone. M-App ensures you stay up-to-date with critical information, from safety advisories and community announcements to urgent updates and event notifications. No more missed messages – M-App keeps you in the loop.

📸 Capture and Report: See something, say something. Easily document incidents, report maintenance issues, or share important observations with the built-in Capture feature. Take photos or videos directly within the app and submit them securely. This feature streamlines reporting, providing valuable context and enabling swift action.

Capture your Incidents, Maintenance Requests and Report Events more effectively and speedily on the Chase Mobile App. Incidents, Checklists and Job Cards can be worked on whilst in the field and responses sent back in real-time to the control room and other relevant stakeholders. Offline Checklist capabilities provide for productivity even when there is no signal or wireless reception. Notifications can be received on the Mobile App providing immediate details on M guard incidents and entries logged elsewhere. Tasks can be assigned and worked on from the Mobile App.
