About this app

The Hickam Communities Smart Thermostat app is the tool you need to set up WiFi connectivity on your new Touch Combo thermostat, and then use it to remotely control your device.

9 times out of 10 you try to log in and it just gives you a nondescript error, with seemingly no fix, even restarting the app doesn't seem to fix whatever possible error might be happening...and in set up it tells you to hit a button, for step 4, but leaves the button off screen so you might spend an hour hitting the wrong button of the same name because they didn't either have the button on screen or simply add the word below to the instructions...2 stars because when it works it's not bad...

Completely useless...it worked once, then stopped working. You can change the schedule or the current temperature until you're blue in the face, but it never "takes" and the only fix is to set the schedule and temperature on the actual thermostat.

Unable to log in to the app. It keeps saying, "unable to connect" therefore, I cannot setup the thermostat.
