Point amounts are almost impossible to redeem because they require such a high amount to qualify for gift cards. Most of the time I tried to do a survey that was offered, it was no longer open or not for me. There were too many emails offering surveys. I finally deleted my account and uninstalled the app..

You will have a hard time getting to any payout. Once you get a certain amount of surveys done they stop sending them to you and no surveys are available. This is just below the payout so it is definitely deliberate. Very scammy behaviour.

The points offered can add up to somee pretty solid rewards... So it seems. First of all just be more honest or realistic with the est. time expected. One survey said 400 pts for about 11 min... Even if you were to not read anything and just pick random answers NO ONE could finish it Even that way in under 20 min. Realistically more like 40min. BUT.. That's IF IF IF IF you can even qualify for the damn survey. They give you a 10 min survey on some just to tell you NOPE NOT WHAT WE WANT. LoL
