I've been trying to reset my pasword for at least 3 weeks and everytime I type in my email it says that it has sent the link, except, it never does. I tried using the chat bot and its no good either. I've already tried using the internet link. Same thing happens as with the app and the chatbot. Yes, I did review the spam folder, many times in fact. I already sent the email with my info too, and that's how I know you guys are having issues with some features. Update: Its been fixed. Thank you!

I can't get inside the app, it always throws an error, I can only go to the web and that works correctly, I've tried in 2 different devices
