The app is good. Sometimes you don't see or receive the video of the presenter or even the audio goes away at times. But the main issue with the app is that it consumes a lot of DATA which makes it practically impossible to use on a daily or regular basis specially if one is using Mobile Data. Please do something about it ao that we can use it regularly or more often. Thanks.

Impossible to register an email account since it times out before you get the verification code. If you still manage to do it on time, the app says it doesn't know your email address (to which it just sent you the code). If you get a meeting invitation it asks you to enter the code manually, you can't paste it feom the clipboard. But then it asks you to enter a Chinese phone number. I don't have that, I'm in Europe. I keep asking you to upgrade the app all the time. Maybe works in China only?

very unfriendly installation process. multiple logins. why do these Chinese apps have such convoluted security procedures? too paranoid. i stopped using wechat for the same reason. trying to log in after forgetting my password was like trying to break into the Bank of England.
