A good mate shared this with me when I was away at his place. Being over 3 hours drive from home I couldn't get into a Doctor very easily at all. But this app allowed me to connect with a Doctor and get assessed on the go which was so convenient! After the triage my script was sent to the Chemist nearly right away meaning little wait time too! Such a handy app. It can be costly. But on the go and out and about? It's worth having that convenience nonetheless.

absolutely terrible. Wouldnt recommend at all!it's certainly not like it used to be. waited for an appt for 4 weeks only for it to be canceled and now I've had to re book and I can't get another appt with the Dr I wanted for another 7 weeks. every time you ring up it's a different person who answers and they don't know you from the next person. So disappointing the partners have let it get to this.

great when it works but constantly glitches, this isn't just on my phone it also happens on my partners phone which makes it very frustrating when needing an online appointment. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix my problems but no it just circles trying to load and goes no where. cont... I emailed tend to get this sorted. The app worked again for one day and is now frozen again. It's very frustrating not being able to get medical care when you need it
