great when it works but constantly glitches, this isn't just on my phone it also happens on my partners phone which makes it very frustrating when needing an online appointment. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix my problems but no it just circles trying to load and goes no where. cont... I emailed tend to get this sorted. The app worked again for one day and is now frozen again. It's very frustrating not being able to get medical care when you need it

review update: They said nothing will change. but EVERYTHING CHANGED. They said it's an easy process. they said fees wouldn't change that much. I have connected them in several occasions never successfully getting through. always disconnected or waiting on the phone saying you're 6 in the queue. i was sixth in the queue when i called. the only time they reply is to pay the account. YOU ARE A NUMBER NOT A PERSON. THEY DO NOT CARE UNLESS YOU HAVE OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT. 0 is my official rating -1

It was a great app to find everything in one place healthwise for myself and child, being able to read consultation notes afterwards is super handy when my child is playing up. I love being able to book appointments without having to ring up both online & in clinic. All staff I have interacted with have been kind, friendly and knowledgeable. My app started playing up recently-I can't log in even after uninstalling it and clearing the cache. Still waiting to hear back from support team
