great when it works but constantly glitches, this isn't just on my phone it also happens on my partners phone which makes it very frustrating when needing an online appointment. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would fix my problems but no it just circles trying to load and goes no where. cont... I emailed tend to get this sorted. The app worked again for one day and is now frozen again. It's very frustrating not being able to get medical care when you need it

A great app! Easy to use & navigate without the hassle of wondering what services is covered by the clinicians on the app. Before your scheduled appointment, they also send you a reminder about your incoming video call with the doctor or nurse. The consults dont feel rushed and you get your prescription/medical certificate within the hour. Great service, great app & great team overall!

I booked a casual consult through the app. the receptionist apparently never received it so I had to wait 1.5 hours. The app also allowed me to pick what I was there for but I was then told that they are unable to offer this service to casual patients. Complete waste of time.
