TetherX makes physical security simple to run. It brings cameras, alarms and access control from any site onto one secure, cloud-managed platform, so security is proactive, not just recorded.

This app is the mobile client for the TetherX platform. Sign in with your TetherX account to watch your sites, review events and act on alerts wherever you are.

What you get on your phone:

- Secure sign-in with biometric unlock (fingerprint or face)
- Push alerts for the events you have set up in TetherX, delivered the moment they happen
- A custom alert sound per event type, set on your device, so an alarm event sounds different from a routine alert, with the option to use your own audio file
- Emergency alerts for alarm events that break through Do Not Disturb and show on the lock screen, so an urgent event is not missed
- One app in place of the five or more you run today

What the TetherX platform does:

TetherX unifies video, access control and intruder alarms in one dashboard and one app, across any manufacturer. Cameras, alarm panels and access control from more than 200 manufacturers connect to a single cloud platform, with over 1,000 camera and device integrations. Footage is found in seconds, sites report their own health, and false alarms drop sharply, so teams cut service callouts by up to 70% and spend less time chasing problems.

Which notifications you receive is controlled from your TetherX account. This app customises how each alert sounds and behaves on your device. Alerts arrive as push notifications and email.

A TetherX account is required. TetherX is designed, installed and supported by a certified local partner who knows your site, so you have one expert as your single point of contact.
