Perfect, suits its purpose! Credits from the deals go a LONG way. I can send a 5000 character message and 4 pictures for 1 credit. I bought 15 credits for like $11. It's super easy to use and is usually delivered the next day to my loved one. No issues and will continue to use and recommend. A wonderful service! I would recommend this app to everyone it makes your loved one's time incarcerated a lot more bearable with reminders from home whether it's pictures, letters, or cards. The prison mail system is very slow and this app cuts down delivery time by 50%.

I was explained how the "processed" process actually works. So I'm 100% satisfied with this whole app in general. Being able to send your loved one that's incarcerated, a letter, card, drawing from kids on a actual doodle pad via the app, and even certain documents, is simply the best. No worries, you can send pictures as well. $1.55 or less!!
