I have 3 PRO accts. About 5 years working with this app. I use it ONLY because it has a good design for PC texting but it doesn't sync well. Support answers relatively fast but can't solve the issues. If you want to share images from PC it works. If you need to take a picture from phone to send it doesn't. If someone sends a vCard File contact app crashes. I will need to change App as it is not reliable amd very expensive considering the amount of issues.

This is an edit of my original review from 2023. It seems that the app has a problem in that RECEIVED messages are not posted on the web app in a timely manner...or at all. This has forced me to revert to my phone to get the updated incoming messages, which I then continue my texts via the phone itself, bypassing the computer app out of necessity. I can do that without spending $90. I have, unfortunately, cancelled my subscription.

this is an update because apparently there is a character limit. so probably the most annoying issue is that if I launch the app on my computer or I send a text through the browser web page that contains a picture, it won't show up as sent on my phone. which is kind of annoying because they're usually Rockstar memes that I need to share with my friends :)
