This new app. Is a complete nightmare. Basically you'll have to delete old account and lose your rewards points. It's not user friendly if you're able to login. Instead of scanning like it says in there manual. There's no option to scan...👀 you'll have to manual insert the code which will tell you your recipe is invalid. This is the 3rd time in several years I'm losing rewards points! Definitely wont be eating there often! Disappointed long time customer!..🙄

the change in app has made it appear impossible to log on once downloaded. it claims to be for the USA but when setting up country destination the USA doesn't appear in the drop down. worst app ever.

what in the heck have you guys done e to the App? the TGIF app I have had for years just lags like crazy and trying to open up promotions, rewards, or any other parts of the apps lags like crazy and half the time never opens up! went to Google playstore to see if it needs updating, and it's NO there. The only ones I could find are for the UK and this one, which isn't for America! so I went and pulled up your website and selected 'Get tge App', but it goes no where what is going for the app?
