The new app design is fantastic! It's much easier to navigate and has a modern look. I especially appreciate the option to add ROP to Google Wallet. However, the airline needs to overhaul their website because the app relies heavily on it, and the website is still difficult to navigate on mobile and looks outdated.

As of 2 May 2024, all my flights, which I added into the app, are all gone and unable to add the flight. The app keeps saying that flight already exists, and it does not allow me to add. I have to reinstall the app, and then some of my flights start to show in the app, but after closing the app and reopening, all the flights are gone again. Also, I am unable to check in or select the seat, I need to use the website to select the seat and check-in. Please fix the problem ASAP.

2years ago I bought 2 tickets from app. For some reason I cancelled the tickets by contacting with customer service in Tokyo. I was informed that I would get my refund after 6month to 1years. it has been 1 years and 6months. I did not get my refund. I called several time customer service they did not give me proper reasons or exact time of refund. I sent several mails but no reply. I am not sure if I got my refund. It is scam. They are keeping money for long time or never refund.
