AP did not load anything that worked for aquirimg points or to review a recent dining experience. Not very helpful.

The app is reasonable for ordering but is missing a way to add special instructions, like the "extra crispy" request that's very common for pizzas at this restaurant. I must call to request that, extra work for me. Sept 2024 update: Their reply sounds responsive but they ignored my email, then & again recently. Both times I get replies saying Thanx handles (only) the rewards program. Support seems unreachable & unresponsive; that's not ok.

Wow! What a fun experience! food was wonderful but the friendly staff is unmatchable! Ryan, our waiter was just the sweetest! and he just checked back often enough that we did not need for anything but not too much to be annoying. He gets an A+!! Wow! thanks! they all make you feel like a friend or family, not a stranger out for a good meal. kuddos to everyone and thanks for the great experience!
