PLANTA Passport is a loyalty program that provides plant-powered access to menu items and cash-off rewards. It's free to join and with every visit or order online you will earn points to use in the marketplace. We've designed it to give back to our most loyal customers because we're thrilled to have you. Ratings and reviews

The restaurant and food are amazing, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. For those with celiac, there's no way to request GF on a lot of the dishes that can be modified (eg, udon noodle dish), and maybe half the time I've gone to use a reward (whether in the restaurant or when placing an order through the app) it hasn't worked.

Points system is inconsistent and nonsensical and ultimately does not benefit or reward repeat customers at all. also you morons should be reviewing the app, not the restaurant.

can't add items to order, gives "rewards" error but not trying to use rewards. can't remove out of stock items from cart, gives error then blank cart screen. birthday dessert reward won't apply to any desserts on the menu.
