2) Shop as usual.

3) We’ll buzz your phone when you earn a reward. No need to fish your phone out, check-in, or scan anything. Just pay as usual.

4) Rewards show up on your phone for you to use. It's like magic!

Ratings and reviews

The rewards points are a scam. No matter what I do, I can't redeem them. Multiple browsers as well as the app all say "error validating basket" at checkout and won't let me place the order. Tried changing the order to a different reward, still doesn't work. FIX IT! Edit: I already HAVE reached out to that email address. No reply.

Great food, horrible app! It's buggy & doesn't have the full menu, for example there's no way to order brisket on any of the plates. You also can't order just a pound or two of meat. If you want to redeem the rewards points you have to have your phone in the store and after charging your card the full amount they'll give a refund to your card for the reward amount. Instead of working the way coupons and rewards have worked since they were invented, they made them much worse. It loses orders too!

Very convenient app. You can order almost everything on it and the points rack up quickly. I just wish that if they were going to advertise the R&R Plate, that I could tap on the ad and order it, but it's not an option on the app...
