App is as bad as Sprouts. Same stupid format. No flow of items due to a break in the page. Videos playing. Shows me every item in store. Just show me what I entered in the search bar! Then what I entered in the search bar ends up on the bottom of the page after all the other nonsense, or on the next page. Cancer patient here. If a business wastes my time, effort and energy, it deters me from SPENDING $$!!! Just like Sprouts, it drains my phone's battery and says delivery is FREE. It's not.

It's okay. Some features are broken, like the week's Little Big Meal never shows up in the app. Also, there's a $1-$2 upcharge on each ITEM for delivery OR pickup, which I think is an exorbitant amount, but I also understand that it's a tiny store, not prepared to spare a team of employees to fill orders all day, so the labor cost is precious and prohibitive by design.

Works fine. Most of the products have no or very little descriptions and you can't zoom in on the pictures to read the info, so you have to know what you want. No place to include comments or requests when things are unclear. For example, when ordering meat, you have no way of knowing whether you are offering 4 pork chops or 4 lbs of pork chops and no place to indicate it as a comment. Finally, app doesn't seem connected to inventory, so you order things they don't even have which is annoying.
