► Daily pledge tracker
Take a pledge every day. Sobriety is a 24-hour struggle, so start your day off by making a pledge to stay sober. Then you can review how your day went and log notes at the end of the day.

View how much money & time you’ve saved since you quit by being sober.

Recap each day and find patterns that made your day easier or more challenging than the last. Track your habits and be aware of the change.

Ratings and reviews

I love this app and have used it for more than a few years now, but since last year notifications will randomly stop working. I have ADHD and memory problems, so I actually forgot about the app for a whole few months because notifications completely stopped despite having them on. This makes it hard to actually use the app for what it's intended for. I'm surprised there's no widget as that would make it more accessible and easier to remember. Please consider making a widget!

As much as I absolutely love this app, I wish it didn't make you pay for a lot of features. I recently got a new phone, but I didn't have the paid version of I am sober. So I had to re-type what I was being sober from, and when my last relapse was even though I was signed in. And the only thing that it did end up saving/transferring was my story history. Wow, that is definitely my priority for this app. But it is a really good app though.

I have never stuck to an attempt at changing a habit, until this app! I use it to help support me in being alcohol free. It has a simple to use interface, and I love that the community has clear guidelines on posting so it's a positive and encouraging space. I emailed the app support with a question about a feature I'd like to see in the future and they responded to me next day! I love all the different motivational "packs" to choose from with different themed quotes.
