Bait and switch. They say on the website you get an extra 10% off if you use the app. You use the app and they won't give you the 10% unless you also give them your phone number and allow them to text message you whenever they want. Not cool. They are also always playing games with weird percentages off so you never know just what the honest prices.

Awful customer service and lack of fulfilment on orders. The app won't even let you cancel an order and when you file a request to contact they don't read it, they just send an automated response with no reply option available. Save your time, energy and money and go elsewhere. They also make it look like they're a offering great deals by constantly pushing sales, but if you look closer the prices are pretty much the same as anywhere else and the product itself mediocre

Awful app I spent ages trying to work out what the best value pack was (its deliberately made unclear with different pack sizes to prevent direct comparison) I then found that the best value one did not have the 2.6kg option it let me make my calculations off, so I chose another. After adding it to the basket I had to log on, then log on again. The app then doubled my basket, hoping I wouldn't notice. Then I placed an order, no money was taken. The basket went back to double my selection.
