More frustrating than helpful. I was keeping a written food diary and thought it would be fun to use an app instead - but the time involved, the lack of food choices they offer (as well as portion sizes) and no way to customize your entries made me give up after 4 days. Much easier to just look up my calories online!! Fast food junkies may find it useful, tho 🙄

The database is full of other people's entry errors and it is significant work to try to create your own food list. In addition, referencing your most recently used foods is also difficult. That said, the app does accomplish what it sets out to do despite The hardships of setting it up, which you pretty much have to do every time you go shopping and buy something new.

Only British foods come up in a search, so it's not very useful. Maybe I could enter them manually, but then I'd have to calculate the calories manually? I just picked the closest things in estimated calories, so my lists weren't an accurate picture of what I was actually eating. Then I was interrupted by some kind of supposedly grand ACHIEVEMENT AWARD that made no sense, and it was very hard to get back to where I left off. This app is okay if you're British. I'm going to try something else.
