I initially stacked discounts during the holidays, scoring an amazing deal. However, my experience quickly turned sour. My order was canceled near delivery, prompting a reimbursement without my consent. When I inquired about the canceled protein, they offered a $10 credit instead of reinstating the original deal. After a month of nonsensical back-and-forth, I gave up on resolving the issue. Frustrating and disappointing service.

App is pretty good and extra 5% off is nice... difficult to compare products. Also the product ingredients are NOT accurate. I do not buy products with things like hydrogenated oils. Raised the issue to the company and so far they just tried to start a return. Not fix the issue online or in the app. I'll update if that changes.
