You can begin your journey with an assessment that helps us understand you better. Discover a specialised mental health course based on your need. Each course has different tools designed to help you manage your sleep, and anger, tackle stress, overcome depression, beat anxiety, journal your thoughts, practice meditation and care for yourself, and feel calm.

Keeping the InnerHour spirit alive, we can help you make feeling calm a habit with 500+ self care, mindfulness, and meditation activities - such as affirmations, guided journals and anxiety relief meditation audios.

La aplicación es muy buena, te ayuda a guiarte con pequeñas actividades diarias. Tiene un Bot con el que puedes conversar y te da ejercicios según tu estado de ánimo. La única cosa que me decepcionó es que cada "circunstancia" a solucionar tiene 4 bloques de actividades y al "no ser premium" me parece que solo puedes realizar el primero, tienes que pagar para tener todo tu plan, me gustaría que al menos pudiera darte acceso a dos bloques, fuera de eso la app me parece muy bien, gracias!💌

La aplicación es genial, es muy linda, los colores, el diseño, la manera en que te va haciendo preguntas, todo eso me encanta. Concuerdo con los demás con el hecho de que es genial que no todo deba ser Premium. Lo único es que me presenta el problema de que me dura una eternidad para que abra la aplicación y es de alguna manera algo inquietante.

Muy buena app, se nota que se ha hecho con mucha dedicación. Es simple y cálida, lo que te incentiva a seguir usándola. Me encanta especialmente los artículos informativos. Me gustaría poder ingresar mí estado de ánimo en diferentes partes del día (mañana, tarde, noche) ya que suele variar bastante. No estoy segura si puedo añadir metas personalizadas.
