Ratings and reviews

It's Mental, try to log in and all you get is enter a valid email address, they send you emails to your address, you contact them with your email address, but try to log in on the app will not recognise email address. Is it to much to ask you get your act together when you are dealing with financial aspects. Once my credit is done I personally would never use you again.

Unusable. The app won't let you sign up and instead just says there's been an issue each time. Stuck with a gift card I can't authorise on either their website or on their app.

The app has been "Undergoing essential maintainance" for several months now, leaving me with unusable cards. Is this going to be fixed soon as I would like my money out.
