For your own sanity do not buy this app. It does not function properly. I cannot add a picture. I cannot press the back arrow to go back to the previous screen without it glitching. It is not functional and it is in no way useful to assist people in trying to get healthy. Customer service does not respond adequately to requests for assistance. Also be prepared for international fees to be charged if your bank passes those along to you, as mine did. Horrible is the only word.

No stars! Way too busy and technical to be useful. Expects you to be on your phone all day tracking preset, irrelevant data. I opened it a couple times, went "huh? Where are I entering what? HOW? WHY?" Went to bug support (only help option), changed the subject to cancel and refund. Let's see if there's any response...

I’ve struggled with sticking to healthy diet, but The Lasting Change has been super helpful. The daily reminders and progress tracking keep me motivated. I also reached out to their support for some tips, and they were incredibly supportive and kind. It's so nice
