Bought the book a few months ago and I don't remember anything about an auto-renewal for the app subscription. I looked back at every email from them and there is no mention of auto-renewal. I also did not receive any emails about being charged for the subscription (just noticed it on my bank statement). $30/month for an app subscription is outrageous. You have to send an email from their website requesting to cancel, there is no way to cancel through the app.

Careful for the scam of subscription I check this once and saw it was junk so I never really went back to it at all the book also is not very good. it's customization is not really customizing it all this just adding a name to the top of it. they charged me for 6 months without sending receipts or anything so I had no idea that I was being charged for the subscription. The book's not worth the money either

Do not download!! I have experienced the same as others. An unexpected charge on my card three months after I purchased the book. They did not state up front that you will be charged at a later date(had to search for it). They do not warn you in advance that your "subscription" will renew. There is no place to cancel except through their support. I also went three months with no charge or update or reminder.
