Will the updates sort all the issues out? Really poor the first few times using this. Poor connectivity, and ended up having to use a credit card so missed out on the special rates. Invoices all came at once even though all were paid. Ended up having to pay separately for another one which they failed to take. Trial and error helps you figure out where the charging session is or where your favourite locations are. Still says my physical card is pending and being sent out but it was received.

Ridiculous app. It takes ages to locate the charge points on the map. Sometimes it fails to recognise a session is in progress, only my car was able to confirm that. Only saving grace is that it's better than using the QR code. Oh and it would be useful if it said which charge points don't work!

No way to pay within the app. No way to see if your bill have been paid. Phone number provided for certain things is wrong and when you call it says emergencies only. The only reason it has two stars and not less is because I still use it but as a lack of alternatives and not because it is any good. Overall decent service but really bad app.
