I'm working as a delivery partner (3W Auto) I have attached, if I accept the order and unfortunately the customers cancelled and puted Driver reason means I got suspended for a few days, that means porter only support the customer not to drivers, this is very wrong, and customer support experience is very poor , u can't connect with them so easily,and lot of problems in app. etc.....

I paid 199rs as joining fee and verification is still pending. .there is no customer support at all. whom to ask if I have ay issue. this app is a scam. in the name of verification they are looting money. no response from any support. no number. 1 star I m giving because there is no other option. it would be helpful if they could give 0 stars

When I am a little distance away from the drop location, I receive messages for continuous pickups, because of which I have to open the map again and again. Sometimes customers give the wrong location and then ask us to come to a different place. If I receive an order at 3:30, the customer thinks that we are already near their house and will reach within 2 minutes, which is not always possible. Sometimes false complaints are made by customers, because of which my account gets blocked.
