I have been using this app for a long time after recent update, their said there will be no delay but for some long orders accepting button is not showing, within that someone has already taken this order. I came to notice that many Porter partners are using third party app for auto accepting orders kindly make sure this issue for a fair among all the drivers. I also noticed that some of them are using 2 to 3 accounts at a same time there is no fair practice and app also doesnt care about it .

Very Unprofessional! It's been almost 4 month. All the required documents are uploaded properly. Still documents verification is still in process since 4 month! I am fed up of following up for my verification but there is no response to my email. I want to withdraw my application. they are fraudsters what's the meaning of verifying all the documents if don't want add the person in the app. may be they are selling our data. I don't want to work for a company with unresponsive support team.

I would like to kindly bring to your attention an issue I faced after using the Porter app. After installing and using the app, my mobile device started overheating significantly. Unfortunately, due to continuous overheating, my phone battery became swollen and got damaged. I request your team to please look into this matter seriously and check if there is any issue within the app that may be causing excessive heating. This situation is concerning and could potentially affect other users aswell
