Dear Support Team, My account is still showing "Document approval delayed due to verification issues". As per the message in the app, verification was supposed to be completed within a maximum of 10 working days. However, it is now almost 1 month , and my account is still not activated. I request you to kindly review my documents and verification status as soon as possible and activate my account today, as the delay is causing me inconvenience and loss of work opportunities. very waste🤬🤬🤬👎,

Worst service by Porter. I've been waiting for my document verification for the last 6–7 days, but there has been no response from Porter. If there is any issue with my documents, simply reject them. Instead, you are neither verifying nor rejecting them. I've contacted the Help section multiple times, but the bot keeps replying that my request is being prioritized. Even after 7 days, nothing has changed. This is a very disappointing experience. Please improve your verification process.

Very unfair platform for delivery partners. Customers can cancel orders after we reach the pickup point without any penalty, while we waste fuel and time with zero compensation. Many customers enter the wrong location, causing even more loss, but we don't get extra payment. After completing one order, we often don't receive the next order nearby and have to return toward our home location before getting another order, doubling our fuel cost. If a partner makes one mistake, the ID gets suspended.
