Ratings and reviews

Currently, when a new order is received, the app shows the distance to the pick-up location. However, it would be very helpful if the app also displayed the distance from the pick-up location to the delivery location. Showing both distances together would make order planning easier and help partners make better decisions. Kindly consider adding this improvement in the app.

I have been logging in daily at 9:00 AM, but I have not been assigned even a single order. As a delivery partner, this has resulted 6 days in past 2weeks in zero income during this period. Many of us, including myself, have purchased vehicles on loan based on the assurance of regular work through Porter. Without orders, it has become impossible to manage loan EMIs, daily expens, strongly request you to review and correct the order assignment system and ensure fair distribution of orders.

Worst experience with porter, I have paid the joining fees, but unfortunately I could not join due to some reasons. According to their policy, if a person does not join, the money should be refunded within four days. However, it has been one month, and the money has still not been refunded.@poterhelp
