The 10-second waiting period that occurs after an order arrives is very problematic; it is baffling how riders are expected to accept bookings while this timer is running. Why not remove the waiting time and simply provide an 'Accept Order' button instead? Since we are often riding our bikes, having to keep an eye on the waiting timer creates a significant risk of accidents.
