Love this app. I use it to see my therapist. Luckily it has a lot of different setting options for your audio & camera. The things I don't like: if I decide to use my headphones, it doesn't automatically detect it & I'll end up having to restart the session & even sometimes that doesn't work. Also, sometimes it'll glitch & freeze while saying either of us has a week signal, but I know for a fact that both of us don't. I recommend using this app instead of using it on the web. It has less issues.

Not a real app. It just tells you how to log onto the website portal.

Crashes often when starting a session. I wish there was a way to toggle between apps while in session rather than the app kicking you off the video call if you try to check your phones calendar. There's 2 things I'd really like to see in this app; 1. Being able to minimize the video chat window when opening another app, like Calendar or Notes. 2. Other participants in the video call still being able to hear you and see you if you open another app while still in session
