Déçu de l'évolution de Trainline, et pourtant on se pratique depuis Capitaine Train. C'est la 2è fois qu'il m'est impossible d'échanger un billet (en 2 trajets sur 2 mois). Le service client a reconnu par téléphone que c'était courant (depuis que la SNCF a changé qqchose). Je tente d'appeler le service client, mais il n'a pas répondu dans les 15 minutes avant le départ du train et j'ai fini par prendre un billet que le contrôleur m'a proposé pour un budget x2 à cause de l'appli et de l'attente.

Application très pratique, pour notre voyage en Italie nous avons beaucoup voyagé en train pour ça l'application est parfaite. Nous avons eu un bug une journée ou nous n'avions pas reçu nos nouveaux billets suite a une modification d'horaires. Un coup de fil a TrainLine et 20min plus tard tout était résolu. Le remboursement du trajet a été très rapide (2-3 jours). Je recommande vivement !

Super application très complète. Juste une petite critique constructive, est-il possible de marquer la dissociation entre les jours quand on fait défilé les trajets, elle n'est pas assez visible.
