Ratings and reviews

2 weeks after I bought the camera, I try to access the stored videos: the app says I have to connect over wifi, but fails to do so. So I connect manually, but the app does not know it's connected. I basically can't use my phone to access the camera. I try to submit a support ticket, the app says "sorry something went wrong, please try again later". So I call them and they say that they are aware of a software bug and are fixing it. 3 weeks since the phone call, the bugs still exist.

Horrible, after struggle with 2 different apps for set up, now can't see anything unless I pull the SD card to a computer. Impacts get a notification, cool, what good is it if you can't view them. Only says sending for ever. Live view doesn't connect, loads for ever. Your platform needs improvement. Dramatic Improvements.

If I could do 0 stars that's even too many. The App is incredibly unstable. reached out to be told to do the exact same things I've already done. I shouldn't have to change that many settings in my device to get your device to work. Google and the iOS app store should get rid of this app and not support it. the company refuses to fix the app. the app is the problem. Absolute trash.
