I'd already left a review but I went ahead and deleted it. I'm not happy with the box. It's not as loud as it was advertised. It also claims 1 m underwater but when I put the box about 4 in underwater it stop playing music when I take it out it starts playing again. I bought this box to use underwater. anyways enough about the box. I downloaded the app. It's just not friendly with my device. The eco controls are okay but it's just not user friendly. box returned and uninstalling app

faulty batteries? I bought my first Stormbox Pro and it worked for about a year before it would no longer charge. They did send me a second one, and after just under a year, same problem. online suggestions recommended downloading the app to update the firmware, but I can't get this app to connect to the unit. it's a shame since the sound quality is very good, but it seems there are some hardware or software issues that they need to address. I will not be buying anything by Tribit again.

Update: Only the latest of 5 versions of the Flybuds 3 can connect to the app. The rest are locked out. This isn't listed anywhere in the app. I purchased Flybuds 3; however, they connect to Bluetooth as "SolarBuds 3". I haven't been able to connect to the Tribit app, both before and after resetting the BT connection on the phone and with the case button method. I've allowed all permissions (location, nearby devices, notifications, etc), but it's still not finding the earbuds through the app.
