faulty batteries? I bought my first Stormbox Pro and it worked for about a year before it would no longer charge. They did send me a second one, and after just under a year, same problem. online suggestions recommended downloading the app to update the firmware, but I can't get this app to connect to the unit. it's a shame since the sound quality is very good, but it seems there are some hardware or software issues that they need to address. I will not be buying anything by Tribit again.

Update: Only the latest of 5 versions of the Flybuds 3 can connect to the app. The rest are locked out. This isn't listed anywhere in the app. I purchased Flybuds 3; however, they connect to Bluetooth as "SolarBuds 3". I haven't been able to connect to the Tribit app, both before and after resetting the BT connection on the phone and with the case button method. I've allowed all permissions (location, nearby devices, notifications, etc), but it's still not finding the earbuds through the app.

The app works great! I do suggest the options to customize the colors for the speaker in a future update. For example, make the whole speaker glow one color while playing music. Another would be is to have both the sides of the speaker to glow one color, or to have the subwoofer to just glow. I'm pretty sure this could be done if considered. Keep up the good work! Thank you!
