Green line photo verification doesn't work. As such unable to verify or access my account. Called up for help. Spoke to a reluctant individual assuming I'm doing something wrong and keep trying. I can assure you, in not. Not so impressed. Google 6 Pro - 18/10/22 - A work around suggested by Tide to download a 3rd party app that can manipulate the screen rotation. It worked - Complicated and a potential security risk, depending on the permissions of the version you download. I standby my rating

CONS: Needs web login without mobile as an absolute pain to regain my account after I deleted app storage. The app suddenly increased storage use going from 1Gb to 1.6Gb within a week. I suspect I'm storing their diversity images shown on login, amongst other things. POS terminal too expensive so I bought sum-up during their half price deal. PROS: New business savings account with interest. Easy to set up and apply for an account, unlike Starling. App has a clean, fresh feel. Support good.

Used for a few years now, mostly without issue for my business. A little disappointed of late to have transactions stopped for fraud checks (which is fine), but after providing information am then having to chase for follow up and release of payments, with no answer via the chat feature. Would worry me if I had lots of time critical vendor payments to make, as can take days . . .
