Green line photo verification doesn't work. As such unable to verify or access my account. Called up for help. Spoke to a reluctant individual assuming I'm doing something wrong and keep trying. I can assure you, in not. Not so impressed. Google 6 Pro - 18/10/22 - A work around suggested by Tide to download a 3rd party app that can manipulate the screen rotation. It worked - Complicated and a potential security risk, depending on the permissions of the version you download. I standby my rating

A good banking service for a reasonable price, but the app has a few weaknesses. Firstly it doesn't display a running balance. I raised this as a support ticket but had to explain what a running balance is! Trying to work out where a missing or duplicate transaction is in a separate bank feed is a nightmare without it. Also THE APP ON THE PHONE (not web version) seems to require Chrome to be set as the default browser in Android. This is annoying as I want Firefox as my default browser.

Unfortunately its time to switch to a new bank. Probably Starling. Keep getting message notifications. No new message just the same old ones. This has been happening for months and no one has fixed this. Doesn't fill me with confidence. More importantly the change to the app is a security risk. It directs you to google chrome and then asks for a pin or finger print. This doesnt sit right with me so time to find a bank who has a secure app eithout 3rd party interaction.
