Green line photo verification doesn't work. As such unable to verify or access my account. Called up for help. Spoke to a reluctant individual assuming I'm doing something wrong and keep trying. I can assure you, in not. Not so impressed. Google 6 Pro - 18/10/22 - A work around suggested by Tide to download a 3rd party app that can manipulate the screen rotation. It worked - Complicated and a potential security risk, depending on the permissions of the version you download. I standby my rating

Bad experience, I'm going to keep using NatWest business banking. Business verification is a hassle and is done over customer support rather than an upload dashboard without clear notifications. I locked myself out of the app and couldn't reset my login pin or contact support so my account got locked because the documents I submitted weren't JPGs. The app is somewhat unreliable at times during sign in, couldn't reset my login pin. I'm going to withdraw all my funds and close the account.

Absolute trash. Continually blocking me from opening the app due to some "screenshot safety" issue. Can't access in a browser. after the most recent block on my device I've had to clear cache etc. and I'm now stuck being reverified with photo proof after being a customer for over 2 years because the system doesn't understand the difference from cleared data and new customer. So now I can't access my account to pay an invoice. Changing provider ASAP. Avoid if you want to actually access funds.
