This is about the airline (Taiwan to Kor) but my flight gate was changed multiple times while I'm waiting at the airport, then the flight was delayed which was announced only AFTER the schedule depart time with no recognition from the airport, no notice on the website, and understanding or assistance from the staff who are also baffled and/or misinformed. This is not a company professional enough to be trusted with people's lives - who have no knowledge the airplane's timing, issues, or arrival.

I was singled out as the only passenger denied boarding in Fukuoka without any reason or written notice, even though my consulate confirmed my documents were valid. As a person of color, the unequal and degrading treatment raises serious concerns about discrimination. Tigerair Taiwan continues to refuse both evidence and a refund for a flight they prevented me from boarding.

Seems very good. The low rating is misleading so I assume Chinese users are deliberately giving the app a low score because it's Taiwanese.
