Great for new investors! The Tiger Trade app is very beginner-friendly. I love the clean interface and how easy it is to set up an account using MyInfo. The charting tools are powerful but not overwhelming, and the free real-time market data is a huge plus. Definitely the best brokerage app I’ve used so far!"

Copywriting in app is hard to understand due to poor translation and use of uncommon words. Poor UX generally, overwhelming like super apps, poor control of notifications (unable to disable notification for order change succeeded as it is bundled together in the same notification category as order filled). Order book for options only show 1 row. Unable to use back button to close number pad in trade screen, always end up exiting the trade screen instead. App is so painful to use.

The worst system that i have ever come across. The most expensive commission fee in Singapore they charged 3 times more than other platforms for Prime a/c to 10times for Cash Boost A/c. System totally lagging with orders execution Failed or withdrawed. And system hanged when market is volatile positions from profirs to losses after system restart. Closed my account with Tiger platform which have caused big losses trading with them
