I love app. Simple interfere. The exercises are simple to do. You don't need any equipment. It really works if you stick with it. I've been using it for several weeks and my legs are noticably more toned. My quads and calves are much more defined now. Along with the Daily Abs and Daily Arms apps I've been using to train, I am getting into great shape. Get this app now! Absolutely worth it.

Ive lost alot of weight with all the apps they made. From 200lbs to 158lbs now thank u. I do mon- fri 20 min two ten min areas.
