Ratings and reviews

The quality of the frames is very cheap . They charge a lot on the power lens. The workers in the store are very clever, even if you don't want a certain upgrade or lens , they keep on manipulating you to buy , add more money on the lens to get the best quality possible even if it's not needed for your specific case . Not durable at all. Actually all companies are the same , they fool or manipulate the consumer, they create a need or upgrade they don't need and sell them.

I had a very poor experience with the Titan Eye Plus app service. They display specific products, but when we place an order, they deliver entirely different ones. There is no return service, and the customer care is useless; they never provide accurate updates or any useful information. Furthermore, their delivery partner is fraudulent; even after initiating a return request, they never came to collect the product. Three months later, the status still shows "Awaiting Pickup."

Ordered a power glass a week back, but it wasn't delivered and neither any effort was there from Titan to expedite the issue. Customer service is the worst of any kind. They won't solve your problem, unless you place an order of substantial value. Anyone planning to buy from Titan, please think trice.
