Best service, but sadly not the best app. I've been a fan of Tanishq's designs, customer oriented services, and in-store hospitality for some time now, but the app keeps glitching and muddies the otherwise perfect service experience. I can't buy/sell digital gold today (it was working fine yesterday). Another time I couldn't get the login process to proceed at all. If only these hiccups were managed better and the app was made smoother.

The attitude of everyone at the Malda Tanishq showroom is extremely bad. They never seem to have time for customers. I have been there several times, and whenever we go there, they keep saying “not now, come later.” When we want to place an order, there is no one available even to take it. Several times they noted down my phone number, but till date they have not called even once. Because of this very bad attitude of the Malda Tanishq showroom staff, I refuses Tanisk.

Once you buy gold then they will forget you, after you sell you have to wait for one month to get your money. I have faced this twice. They don't follow any SLA, they take their own time. No concern about customer money, but we will lose interest for that amount. For more than a month I didn't get money, people be careful before you invest.
