Ratings and reviews

Multiple payments "failed". I called each time when the email came through that payment failed, as there was plenty in my account to cover payment, for them to figure out what was going on. I haven't missed a payment in 25 years. It's been months now and they still haven't repaired my credit that they destroyed. I haven't heard anything in about a month now. Their incompetent IT department can't find a reason for it, but still my credit gets slaughtered. Bad Business.

Does not seem to be optimized for a mobile device. Cuts off log in information. Shows a pop up that I assume you have to agree to but will not let you scroll to the bottom to agree. This app needs help, it's almost as bad as the main website.
