Ratings and reviews

This app is great when it works. However I've found that majority of the time when you attempt to log in it'll read something along that it's down for maintenence or that it has trouble logging you in. Just as bad as their site. Most times I just call to avoid a late fee; which is why I'm starting to suspect they do this on purpose to get those late fees. I'll improve this score when I see real improvement. Till then, come on mazda.

Lags and fails to submit payments. It shows its confirmed but nothing actually seems to be processing. I finally got an email confirmation after it failed two times to submit. I am going to give it a day then see if the payments actually goes through to prevent getting any late fees. I love my Mazda by the way. Hopefully they sort out the bugs on the app.

Was just OK, now unusable after latest update. Even when it was working it was very glitchy and the biometric login worked less than half the time. I went to log in today To pay my bill. Once logged in a message comes up with a hard stop that you have to update the app to proceed and it takes you to play store. But there is no option to update only to open and when you hit open it takes you back to the same message. Then it is an endless loop. I uninstalled and started fresh same problem!!

You can now easily find out how to make mail-in payments during lease-end purchasing if other parties need to pay. Plus, when submitting dealers requests, you have the flexibility to search for and change dealers. Updating your contact information in the lease end assistant is now smoother than ever.
