Ratings and reviews

I rarely leave reviews, especially bad reviews but oh my god this app is horrible. it works MAYBE 1 in 20 times. MAYBE. It keeps logging me out, it doesnt do biometrics, it doesnt load, it crashes, its always some "issue on our fault" message, and the 1 time a month it works it lagggggs like its from the 1800s. Its nearly impossible to pay a bill or check anything. Horrible app!

Was just OK, now unusable after latest update. Even when it was working it was very glitchy and the biometric login worked less than half the time. I went to log in today To pay my bill. Once logged in a message comes up with a hard stop that you have to update the app to proceed and it takes you to play store. But there is no option to update only to open and when you hit open it takes you back to the same message. Then it is an endless loop. I uninstalled and started fresh same problem!!

Lags and fails to submit payments. It shows its confirmed but nothing actually seems to be processing. I finally got an email confirmation after it failed two times to submit. I am going to give it a day then see if the payments actually goes through to prevent getting any late fees. I love my Mazda by the way. Hopefully they sort out the bugs on the app.
