I strongly advise you pay your car note over the phone. This app glitches like crazy, and if something goes wrong, go ahead and pull from your emergency fund because they will not cancel a transaction. They will have to wait until the payment gets posted and then once that has been done, you'll have to request a refund, wich take 7- 10 business days. I will now only pay for my car note over the phone and have erased all access of my bank for them to use. They can't be trusted with bank info.

The new update would have been fine if it didn't make it a pain to log in. I kept having to endure "There is a problem on our end, try again later" at least 3 or 4 times each time I'd try to open the app. At least the updated version has the option of setting up recurring payments so now I don't need to open it up anymore, I'll just check my bank to make sure the payments are going through. Saves me the ball ache.

I haven't been able to log on for 3 days. Today I tried to log in but I just get a message in the app saying "looks like there's an error on our end" followed by a verification text message for log in that I have zero use for since I'm stuck on the log in screen. Looking at all these negative reviews, its baffling that it hasn't been fixed. I along with countless others would just like to pay our bill. This should be the easiest and stress free part. Its unacceptable. Fix it.
