It's already frustrating enough that it won't allow you to make payments on the weekend, but I usually like to make my payments early to avoid more interest. Earlier this week idk if the app was having issues but there was no notification of maintenance being done. Anyway, I kept trying to make my payment on the 3rd,it wouldn't go through. I tried multiple times and logged out and back in even. I'm just disappointed/bothered that this was so inconvenient when I've never had this problem before

The new update would have been fine if it didn't make it a pain to log in. I kept having to endure "There is a problem on our end, try again later" at least 3 or 4 times each time I'd try to open the app. At least the updated version has the option of setting up recurring payments so now I don't need to open it up anymore, I'll just check my bank to make sure the payments are going through. Saves me the ball ache.

I haven't been able to log on for 3 days. Today I tried to log in but I just get a message in the app saying "looks like there's an error on our end" followed by a verification text message for log in that I have zero use for since I'm stuck on the log in screen. Looking at all these negative reviews, its baffling that it hasn't been fixed. I along with countless others would just like to pay our bill. This should be the easiest and stress free part. Its unacceptable. Fix it.
