Please!! if you rent a car. Be sure to take pictures of the whole vehicle Interior, exterior and gas tank. At the time of pick up, I was not informed of any pre-existing damages on the vehicle, which made it difficult for me to determine whether any of the small dings were a problem. Most rental companies mark out certain scratches with stickers or something on the vehicles to show that it's already been damaged. So that mean whoever does inspection has nothing to go off of.

We appreciate your suggestion and feedback. Thank you for also giving other customers the recommendation to take photos of all damage and the fuel gauge upon pick-up. It is part of the pick-up process since the vehicles are at lots where we do not have an attendant which allows the customer a quick pick-up all with their phone. - Team KINTO

The app works great and if you have any questions they answer immediately. But they keep increasing the rates and there is no way to get ahead. If you rent from them to do Uber or Doordash you're gonna be working for free and just paying for the car. It's convenient but it's expensive.

My first time renting, haven't had the vehicle 24 hours and was locked out twice. I'm not able to get into the vehicle at all and I'm not receiving the best customer service either. I froze outside, missed money, and my son missed school. Also, haven't been able to connect my Uber account. So far, my experience has been awful. They're going to tow the car with my belongings and I have to find a way to get them and another vehicle l.
