The only problem with renting with Kinto is that they do not offer unlimited mileage. They only allow you 1,400 miles a week, which only works out to be 200 miles a day, and if you drive full time, you will definitely pay at least an extra $1,000 to $1,300 for mileage after 4 weeks. Honestly, if Kinto offered unlimited mileage, I could see them becoming the number 1 place for Uber rentals. They have great cars and hybrids, which Hertz does not, Toll tags and extremely easy pick up and drop off.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. Even if your money is low & they're the cheapest option you have, just save your money & wait. Some of the horror stories are worse than mine, but the general experience was terrible, I had to wash the rental EVERY time I picked it up & they never reimbursed me the cost of wash. The worst offense is how hard it is to delete your account. Usually, it's as simple as going into the app, selecting delete account & boom you're done. Not with Kinto. They steal data!

Once a customer informs us that a vehicle is unsatisfactory at time of pick-up with will authorize reimbursement of a cash wash, you can then submit your receipt for reimbursement. The onboarding process has been a nightmare. When clicking on weblinks in their support emails 98% of the time the link is bad/broken. The verification and application process on the app to say the least, frustrating. "Please send a selfie with drivers license." Then the app wants to scan the driver's license automatically. If it wasn't so frustrating, it would be a bit funny. Get yourselves some decent developers.
