I see why they have a lot of negative reviews. I Should've paid attention to the first red flag on the day of renting I was overly charged. I texted the phone number on the app because they dont have a number to call (which is the second red flag) and they seemed to take care of the situation. Three days later I get a text saying that my reservation was canceled due to necessary maintenance. Instead of send my money back all at once I've been receiving it In pieces. NEVER AGAIN......

Charging me for reservation, car will not unlock by phone. Customer service options are the equivalent of "did you try turning it off and back on again? They not just extend previous reservation that I dropped off mere minutes ago which is clearly the best way to help the customer. They are great at apologizing if that's all you want but solutions, not so much. They would rather cost customer hundreds of dollars. Can I do .5 stars instead?

The onboarding process has been a nightmare. When clicking on weblinks in their support emails 98% of the time the link is bad/broken. The verification and application process on the app to say the least, frustrating. "Please send a selfie with drivers license." Then the app wants to scan the driver's license automatically. If it wasn't so frustrating, it would be a bit funny. Get yourselves some decent developers.
