The problem ia payment page. I cannot so online recharge through app as when i reach the last page after entering all payment info, the page gets stuck and then I have to go back again. This ia very irritating. Please improve the payment page please
Absolutely user hostile: nonexistant number handling (phone numbers have itl prefix or a space? Doubleplusungood!!!), regustration is an expensive chore (spent at least 40 cents on customer service calls). Topup is clumsy at best.
Awful app, very user hostile. Actually quite appropriate for customer hostile company like Tesco. Never again!
Top up is not working, after I enter my one time password app stucks, it says loading but never finishes and top up is unsuccessful.
I can't go in whnever I type my password it won't work dont know what to do
This is a joke nothing works from tesco and im missing loads of credit. Won't top up and took another 20cent just to tell me the office is closed thieving gits......
