it was great up until some bugs happened I was trying to move my mobile number and it needed a verification code which was still good because that means I was nearly done but then when I put the number in it said "Character not recognised - Please use standard English alphabet characters only (A-Z, a-z, 1-9)" even though the number was 4 and I didn't put in anything else but anytime I put in 4 it came up as that error I reset the app, I closed it and I tried everything else

I've had the app for nearly 2 years and never had a problem, but the last 3 weeks I can't even login, it's saying login details incorrect, I've tried changing password but it says error, I've uninstalled & reinstalled, nothing works, I can't check my details anymore, my bill keeps going overdue, it takes at least an hour to do it through chat & I keep getting cut off while on hold when trying to talk to someone, please fix, it's driving me nuts 🤬

terrible,, 3 hours on chat trying to activate my 4g, keep telling me to do same things over and over again, including changing to different phone even though one im using is brand new and updated to android 16, turned it off and on over 10 times,, sim card in and out 8 times,, changed every setting, kept getting told to do same things over and over and still no 4g,, cant even open apps properly,, waste of time, effort and money!! avoid!
