Worst App I've ever used. Log in 3 times with the same details because the 1st 2times it says your password is wrong. I can't believe how bad this is for Tesco. I contacted customer service twice and was completely ignored the 1st time and got no reply. You can't even do much on it so it's pointless

it was a 5-star for me but now 3 because they've taken away the ability to top up another phone number. That wasn't a problem because you could do it on the website but since 28/6/25 the selfseve part of their website has been closed permanently. Any possibility of reinstating the top-up another number in the app now?

App stopped working for my mother so I downloaded the new one. It won't accept the original password, won't take her through the Forgotten Password process. Can't top up online because the payments window is grey. Time to change providers I think because Tesco Mobile is just too awkward and very difficult to get any customer service.
