It's a good app for most part but sometimes there are problems with international calls and international recharges. Also,the rates keep on changing. But it is convenient and saves me a lot of trouble when it comes to recharging in Korea and at home.I like the added feature where we can recharge utilities in our home country.Great app, but yet to be perfect.

Hello, thanks for your honest review. International calls are provided by KT and SK services not by thePAY itself and rates change according to their policy. was a regular user of this app. it was convenient and very user friendly. but last time my reload was canceled due to a problem with my SIMcard which is understandable. However the money was deducted from my account without a refund and now I got a sms saying it was refunded to my "the pay account" which is nonsense. it is the responsibility of the app to refund the money back to the bank account rather to the so called "the pay account".

Hello, thank you for your review. According to the policy of the app in case your recharge is failed the money will automatically go back to the application balance which you can use again or request to be refunded to your bank account. The process of the refund requires manual resolution. Please call 010-2803-0595 for more support. Thank you.
